So many faults can be fixed by yourselves given the right guidance.  If you do need a specialist repair, we will mutually decide which will be the most appropriate and cost effective route for you to take.


OUR RETURNS PROCEDURES

IF YOU ARE A DOMESTIC AND GENERAL CUSTOMERS

The steps outlined below are there to help you, should you find it necessary to return your coffee machine that is insured under Domestic and General.

STEP 1:  CONTACT DOMESTIC AND GENERAL

Contact Domestic and General on 08444 810 500. To obtain a Referral Number before returning product. Lines are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Products returned without a referral number will be refused.

STEP 2:  PACK THE PRODUCT SECURELY

Pack the Product including all accessories such as bean hopper, water tank, lead, drip tray and any lids securely, wrapped or packaged and in an external carton.
Make sure you include a covering letter including your name, address, contact telephone number, customer policy number, referral number and a brief outline of the problems you are experiencing.

STEP 3: ADDRESS CLEARLY & MARK ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE

Clearly mark the outside of the package or carton “FRAGILE” with the Beandoctor Ltd address as shown below.

STEP 4:  ARRANGE A COURIER

It is your responsibility to arrange a reputable courier company i.e. UKMail, Securicor, Omega or Parcelforce, the cost for this should be between £10-£15. This can be claimed back directly by you to Domestic and General. You can also use Royal Mail but in our experience they tend to be more expensive.

Please note: Once we have received your machine and checked it we will then take full responsibility for any damage from point of receipt, prior to this it is your responsibility.
